SSV Property Group – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of property management, maintenance, renovation upgrades, and IT solutions including web development, web design, software, digital marketing, and graphic design, by SSV Property Group (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”, “your”). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services Provided
We provide property management services, including property maintenance, renovation upgrades, and overall property management, as well as IT solutions, including web development, web design, software solutions, digital marketing, and graphic design. Services are delivered with reasonable skill, care, and diligence, consistent with UK industry standards.
2. Quotations and Fees
All quotations are valid for the period specified, or 7 days if not stated.
Fees may be adjusted if the scope of work changes or additional services are requested.
Estimates are non-binding until confirmed in writing.
3. Client Obligations
Clients must:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Allow reasonable access to properties, systems, or data.
Comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations.
Ensure third-party contractors or service providers engaged by the client do not interfere with our service delivery.
4. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within the agreed timeframe is stipulated.

Late payments may incur interest in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Services may be suspended until outstanding payments are cleared.
5. Limitation of Liability
SSV Property Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of income or profits.
Our total liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence.
6. IT Services Disclaimer
Reasonable measures are taken to protect client data and systems.
SSV Property Group is not responsible for:
Data loss due to client error or third-party services.
Cybersecurity incidents outside our direct control.
Service interruptions caused by internet or third-party outages.
Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of all critical data.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All client information is treated as confidential.
Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Confidential information will not be disclosed without consent unless required by law.
8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written 30 day notice.

Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.

We may terminate services immediately if the client breaches these terms or engages in illegal activity.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including reports, documents, software, digital marketing content, and designs created by us, remains our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use such materials for the intended purpose.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
13. Consumer Rights
These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.
